Every plan has a 14 Day free trial period. During this time there is no cap on how many demands or summaries can be generated. After 14 days, you will be asked to put a credit card on file.

All plans have a max limit on the number of demand letters and summaries. If you go over the limit, you will be asked if you want to purchase a demand letter or summaries A La Carte. The pricing for A La Carte is $25 for a demand letter and $5 per summary.

If a demand letter or summary fails to generate, you will not receive any deduction in credits for that month. Go ahead and try to rerun the demand letter.

You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time but it won't take effect until the beginning of the new payment period.

As an organization, you can add as many users as you'd like. Every users demand letter and summary will be counted towards the organizations pricing plan.
